Agenda Title:
Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign a Waiver of Right to Protest a future assessment for the installation of pavement, curb, gutter, street light conduit, and water in Cliff Drive as it abuts Lot 5R of Block 15 of Canyon Lake Heights Subdivision located in the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 9 and in the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 8, in T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota for Matt Benne.
Summary:
The waiver of right to protest (WORP) is associated with a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application (City File #13PL072) to split single residential lot into two residential lots. Staff has approved an exception request (City File #13EX205) not to construct additional pavement, curb, gutter, street light conduit and water main along Cliff Drive adjacent to the plat at this time, contingent upon the property owner signing a WORP for the improvements.
